What is the best way to refer a client?

What can I expect my clients experience to look like once referred to Pepple Insurance?
Know that your client is in good hands (check out our GOOGLE REVIEWS).  Depending on how the client is referred over to us, we will make contact with them within the 24 hours.  Prior to our meeting your client will be sent a link to easily input information that will help our agents prepare, we will ask for their address, date of birth, contact information and list of all physicians and prescription medications.  This information is confidential and is used for the purposes of preparing plan options that will best fit the clients needs.  

Typically, the first meeting is scheduled for 1 hour and we will go over the Medicare 101, so everyone is speaking the same language.  We will go through what steps need to be taken to enroll in Medicare and the options available and what we would recommend.  All information will be sent to the client, most times a follow up meeting is scheduled to finalize plans and allow processing time for Medicare and to submit the plan application.

Pepple Insurance provides ongoing support through our Client Service Support team as well as annual reviews if needed based on each clients needs.
